LGBTI people are subjected to hostile, oppressive and unconscionable laws in an array of countries spanning five continents that make it difficult or impossible for them to live safely and openly. Local communities work constantly to improve conditions on the ground, often at great danger to themselves, yet they are often stifled by a lack of resources and access to decision makers.

Even facing this reality, we are making a difference in the lives of millions of people around the world. These are the stories of some of their triumphs.
