Seattle Pride
Come March with OutRight! This year’s Seattle Pride March theme is “Pride Beyond Borders.”
OutRight will have a contingent near the front of the parade and we would love for all of our local fans and friends to join us in showing solidarity for LGBTIQ people around the world and raising our visibility in the Seattle area.
We will hold an orientation for all OutRight marchers on Thursday, June 7 from 5:30-7:00pm at 12th Avenue Arts (Pike/Pine Room).
Seattle Opening and Panel Discussion: “Where Love is Illegal”
Join OutRight, Seattle Foundation and Pride Foundation for the opening of photographer Robin Hammond's compelling “Where Love is Illegal” exhibit in the Seattle Foundation gallery. We will celebrate Pride month, learn about the state of LGBTIQ human rights around the world, and discuss connections between our global and local movements for equality and freedom.
GSBA Business of Pride Luncheon
OutRight is partnering with the Greater Seattle Business Association (GSBA) for the GSBA Business of Pride Luncheon at the new Embassy Suites in Pioneer Square. One of GSBA’s largest annual events, the luncheon will include the unveiling of the GSBA Directory, a mini-expo of Travel, Tourism and Hospitality members, and a thought provoking presentation on LGBTIQ human rights around the world.
The panel will be moderated by OutRight Board Chair Emeritus Amie Bishop and expert speakers will include:
