The Times of India reports on Jessica Stern’s Appointment as US Special Envoy to Advance the Human Rights of LGBTQI+ Persons in an article that commemorates the designation of Pulse nightclub as a US memorial. The role, left vacant by President Trump, will give Stern the opportunity to gather like-minded civil society organizations, nations, corporations, and international organizations to advance U.S. foreign policy goals on the advancement of LGBTIQ rights.
