Join Outright International for a webinar introducing our new Country Overviews, a major research and data initiative documenting the human rights and inclusion of people of diverse sexual orientations, gender identities and expressions, and sex characteristics (SOGIESC) around the world.

Covering all 193 UN member states and additional territories, the Country Overviews analyze:

  • Laws and policies
  • Recent legal and political developments
  • Human rights violations
  • Social attitudes
  • Movement priorities
  • The influence of anti-gender actors affecting LGBTIQ communities globally

During this session, Neela Ghoshal (any pronouns), Outright’s Senior Director of Law, Policy and Research, will present key findings. Outright’s regional experts will also highlight important regional data and emerging trends.

This webinar offers a global snapshot of the current state of LGBTIQ rights and provides critical data to inform advocacy, policymaking, and the work of all who care about global LGBTIQ equality.
