Serbia: IGLHRC and ILGA-Europe's Letter to the Serbian Government Regarding the Anti-Discrimination Law

IGLHRC and ILGA-Europe jointly call upon the Serbian Government to adopt, unaltered, an anti-discrimination law withdrawn from consideration during the legislative process on March 4, 2009. The government withdrew the law due to pressure from the Serbian Orthodox Church and other conservative groups wanting sexual orientation, gender identity, and religion eliminated from the anti-discrimination law.
